International Funding for SMEs

Take your business to the next level. Internationalization is the key to growth, and Clean is ready to support you. Because of a significant interest in our funding program, we reopen the doors for developing international partnerships, support for project implementation, and ongoing international activities. Submit your application to become part of this exciting journey and expand your company’s horizons.

This funding is intended to support the following types of activities:

• Development of international partnerships in a specific market.
• Support for the implementation of projects.
• Support for ongoing international activities.

Please note that the funding is only for salary costs for Danish SMEs.

 

Requirements for application:

The principal applicant must be a Danish SME (1-249 employees) – knowledge institutions, utilities, associations, etc. are not eligible applicants.

• Must have an international partner.
• Budget is DKK 150,000 (50% funding rate).
• The project/activity must be completed by September 30, 2025.
• Relevant to the environmental technology sector (Clean’s focus areas).

 

Evaluation criteria:

• Strengthen partnership with international partners (20%)
• Positive impact on environmental issues (20%)
• Growth potential for the SME in the market (30%)
• Innovative nature of the project proposal (30%)

 

Application deadline:

The application deadline is no later than Monday the 02nd of December 2024.

Applications will be assessed and approved on a rolling basis until the application deadline or funding pool is exhausted.
