Attract engineers and developers

Are you struggling to find qualified candidates for your open engineering jobs? You are not alone. Let’s join forces in an upcoming talent attraction campaign.

The campaign will attract international engineers and tech specialists to Denmark and support your company in your search for experienced specialists.

By joining, you will boost your open positions globally, elevate your employer brand beyond Denmark, and attract top-tier international talent—all while saving time and resources by teaming up with other Danish companies to expand the pool of qualified engineers in Denmark.

The campaign targets engineers and IT specialists with +3-5 years of experience. Of experience in some of the following areas  (depending on your and other  participating companies’ needs):

Time plan

The campaign runs from October 7 to December 2, 2024.

The signup deadline for participation is September 23, 2024.

All participating companies must sign a De Minimis declaration regarding state aid in order to participate in the campaign, as part of an EU-funded project.*

*De Minimis declaration: As our State-of-Denmark talent attraction campaigns are co-financed by the EU’s Social Fund, we must ask you to sign a De Minimis declaration, as the free service is considered a form of state aid by the Danish Business Authority (ERST). The value of the campaigns is estimated at DKK 26,000 by ERST. A company in Denmark can receive EU grants of up to EUR 300,000 (approx. 2.2 mil.
