ACELERA aims to match Argentinian SMEs with European solution providers in the cleantech sector. The project supports Argentinian companies in their transition to low-carbon, resource-efficient, and circular business models across all phases – from design, production, logistics, and distribution to consumption and end-of-life management.

A demand-driven and targeted program

ACELERA is a demand-driven initiative, with activities tailored to the specific needs of Argentinian companies. European enterprises, research institutions, and innovation experts are positioned as solution providers for the challenges identified by Argentinian SMEs.

To ensure effective matchmaking between challenge owners and solution providers, the project focuses on water, energy, and circular economy within the broader cleantech umbrella. The consortium has access to a large European network of more than 1,700 SMEs and 80 universities active in these fields.

Concrete results after the first year

In its first year, ACELERA has achieved significant results:

• 125 Argentinian SMEs took part in the launch activities

• 86 companies submitted business challenges through the project’s online form

• 143 companies participated in learning modules on circular economy in the plastics and food sectors

• 89 companies joined a webinar on accessing the European market

• 77 active users contributed to ACELERA’s online platform

These outcomes demonstrate the strong relevance and demand for the initiative among both Argentinian and European stakeholders.

Knowledge sharing and access to networks

Participants in ACELERA can access a range of resources through the project’s online platform, including knowledge materials, tools, best practices from Argentina, and recordings of key webinars. The platform serves as a shared hub for learning and targeted collaboration.
