For the fifth consecutive year, Clean participated as a partner at LOOP Forum – Denmark’s leading event for circular economy and sustainable business development.
Over two days, Clean brought together 18 member companies at a shared exhibition stand, creating a strong showcase of innovative circular and environmental solutions. From reusable packaging and plastic reuse to air purification technologies, biotechnology and sustainable products, the stand highlighted the breadth of solutions developed by Clean members.
LOOP Forum is a highly relevant event for Clean to be part of. It provides our members with a valuable opportunity to showcase their solutions to a broad audience of companies, investors, decision-makers and organisations working to accelerate the circular transition.

A platform for visibility and collaboration
Throughout the event, the Clean stand served as a hub for innovation, networking and knowledge sharing. Alongside member companies, several projects also presented their work, demonstrating how collaboration across sectors and borders is helping advance sustainable solutions.
One of the highlights was a visit from European Commissioner for Environment, Water Resilience and a Competitive Circular Economy, Jessika Roswall, who stopped by the stand to learn more about the solutions developed by Clean members and the role innovation plays in Europe’s circular transition.
Clean also welcomed stakeholder delegations and an investor tour, where selected member companies had the opportunity to present their technologies and discuss their business journeys.
Honest conversations about scaling circular businesses
As part of the official LOOP Forum programme, Clean hosted the session “Scale or Fail: Starting Circular is Hard – Scaling it is the Real Game” on the Innovation Stage.
Moderated by Henrik Nørgaard, the discussion brought together Daniel Nygaard from RE-ZIP and Michael R. L. Kristensen from BioCon Systems, who shared insights into the realities of building and scaling circular businesses. The conversation focused on navigating uncertainty, adapting to changing regulations, learning from failures and making difficult strategic decisions.
Beyond the conference programme, Clean Lounge hosted informal discussions and networking activities, including conversations with TRACE on circular economy and consumption, as well as daily receptions bringing together members, partners and visitors.
The stand also featured an interactive art installation by A Circular Design Studio, creating an engaging visual experience that encouraged reflection on circularity and resource use.
