Workshop on Green Acceleration for Cluster Management Teams

Are you a cluster leader or part of a cluster aiming to integrate green growth, innovation, and strategies from the European Green Deal into your work with SMEs and startups?

The workshop will take place in Copenhagen on June 10, 2025. It is part of the ENDURANCE project, which aims to support clusters in the EU in advancing green transition and sustainable innovation.

09:00 AM (Online) – The day begins with an introduction to the ENDURANCE project and a brief presentation of the tools developed to support green acceleration, including:

  • Digitalization for the Green Transition
  • Circular Systemic Solutions
• Workshop Methodology

• Facilitator’s Guide and Workshop Toolkit

These tools are designed to help clusters navigate and implement strategies that promote sustainability and green transition in SMEs.

10:00 AM – Break

10:15 AM – Participants will have the opportunity to work hands-on with selected tools from the ENDURANCE project. The workshop includes interactive exercises and exploration of a specific use case/story, demonstrating how the tools can be practically applied to drive green transition and sustainable innovation.

11:15 AM – Networking and wrap-up

You will:

• Gain hands-on experience with the ENDURANCE tools.
• Learn how to design and facilitate your own workshops for SMEs and startups.
• Exchange experiences and network with other cluster leaders from across the EU.
