Innobroker Training #3 – Facilitating market engagement – legal crash course

Date

4. SEP 2024

Location

Join our crash course to confidently navigate legal considerations in public procurement, driving effective market engagement and accelerating innovative circular solutions.

Better knowledge of the market is key in ensuring that public tenders put suitable demands on the market and that public buyers are able to better use tenders to accelerate the development and uptake of new innovative circular solutions. Innobrokers can effectively facilitate the contact between the public buyers and the innovative solution providers.

The BRINC Projects’s Legal Help Desk represented by Malin Håkansson from Sigeman & Co. will provide the training and as a participant you will get a good understanding of what to be aware off in relation to public procurement, knowledge to confidently guide public buyers in what can be done, and what cannot, and  an easy to use checklist that will help you do everything by the book next time you support a market engagement with a public buyer.
