Clean Awards Funding to Five Danish SMEs for International Expansion

Clean has selected five Danish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to receive funding for their internationalization efforts. This initiative aims to foster global partnerships, innovative projects, and sustainable practices, contributing to green solutions.

Selected SMEs
Klarifi
Focused on wastewater market intelligence, Klarifi will use the funding to expand in the North American market. Klarifi has decided to focus on the North American market and are excited about the continued support from Clean for the international growth of their wastewater market intelligence platform.
Support from Clean will enable us to put increased focus on making our platform even more relevant for stakeholders in the Great Lakes Region and reach out to those stakeholders. – Søren Schou, CEO and co-founder, Klarifi.
Klappir
This collaboration combines Hübis’ expertise in sustainability within the hospitality sector and Klappir’s advanced digital ESG tools, creating a strong offering for local businesses aiming to adopt sustainable practices. It encouraged an expansion outside the more familiar market of Europe, which will serve Klappir with lots of knowledge on how to internationally adapt and tailor the platform for continuous expansion and success.
The grant will facilitate knowledge sharing, pilot projects, and the establishment of best practices, ensuring an effective entry into a new market for Klappir – Isabelle Broddén, Business Development Lead, Klappir.
Leapcraft
Renowned for its sustainable building solutions, Leapcraft aims to expand its impact to new markets with the help of Clean’s funding. Leapcraft has proven its sustainable building solutions in domestic markets with 40-60% energy savings in the HVAC system and is keen to expand the potential impact to new markets.
The International Pilot funding from CLEAN comes at a pertinent time for us to be focused on an export oriented strategy, which will enable us to boost our goto market strategy. – Vinay Venkatraman, CEO, Leapcraft.
Anemo Robotics
Anemo Robotics is pleased and grateful to receive the grant and support from Clean, which allows for a significant milestone for Anemo. It enables them to further validate their technology in collaboration with ECOncrete and key international partners, strengthening their position in the marine biodiversity monitoring market.

Clean is thrilled to announce the next round of funding, aimed at supporting even more Danish SMEs in their journey towards internationalization.
